With the release of his solo albums Ceccarelli in 1978 and André Ceccarelli in 1981, André Ceccarelli became one of European jazz's most promising young musicians. In the following years he played with top-ranked jazz and pop players like Didier Lockwood, Ex-Santana Vocalist Alex Ligertwood and as a sideman for Sting and Birelli Lagrene.
According to André Ceccarellis playing style, his signature-snare is like no other snare on the market. It features a very thin 14“ x 5,5“ shell (4 ply maple). Special 6-ply reinforcement-rings inside the snare offer stability without having any negative effect on the resonance-attributes of the shell. As a result of this uinique design Mr. Ceccarellis signature snare delivers a warm, focussed and very assertive performance. Further features are: Zinc die cast hoops, internal mute. Finish: Lime Green.
