Coinciding with the opening of this year's Musik Messe in Frankfurt on 28th March, all drummers – amateurs or pros – will be able to visit drumsconfig.yamaha-europe.com to find an entertaining and interesting tool for creating their very own drum kit.
On display will be the various ranges which, once clicked, can be extended as required and adapted to suit each drummer's personal taste. In addition to being able to select from all the available hardware and colours in each range, there's also a facility that enables visitors to see which Yamaha setup is preferred by which Yamaha artist.
Artist profiles and other product features can also be accessed. Once the dream kit has been assembled it can be saved in a personal login area, from where it can later be recalled, e-mailed to a friend or printed. Information about dealers in the user's locality complete the package.
