Flugelhorns have a soft, mellow, dark sound with beautiful lyrical qualities; they are especially favored for jazz ballads. Yamaha Flugelhorns have overcome the inconsistencies of intonation traditionally associated with these instruments, and offer a very comfortable response.
The YFH-631G offers the traditional Yamaha flugelhorn style with a free blowing response. It features triggers on the third valve slide for fine intonation adjustments.
