Mark first picked up a pair of drum sticks at the age of 6 and had his first gig at 14 in his home town of Scarborough. The roar of that crowd made Mark want to take to the stage with his kit full time.
Biography:
Best known for his hard hitting style, Mark has forged a successful professional career with some top UK bands. He started out playing with Little Angels, a very successful British band that over a period of ten years toured with such acts as Guns ‘n’ Roses, Aerosmith, Van Halen and Bon Jovi.
In 1995 Mark joined Skunk Anansie; the band became incredibly successful across the world, and toured extensively over the following six years. In 2001 the band amicably went their separate ways.
In 2002 Mark joined Feeder, one of the UK’s leading rock bands. Feeder released their fifth album ‘Pushing the Senses’ in October, 2004, and followed this with a world tour.

Mark has played a Yamaha Absolute Maple Custom throughout his professional career both on stage and in the studio. Today, he continues to participate in clinics and master classes, wowing audiences with his sheer drumming power.
